Since our last update, a lot has changed within SunComm!! Here are some of the highlights:
- We’ve celebrated being in our beautiful new state-of-the-art facility for one whole year now
- Dispatch is FULLY staffed
- 9-1-1 Currently has four openings which we’re actively recruiting for- http://agency.governmentjobs.com/yakimawa/default.cfm
- We’re well into our internal testing process for placement of a new Training Coordinator
- Our Public Education Committee has some incredible community outreach events in the planning phases (If you’re interested in scheduling a 9-1-1 Community Outreach event, please feel free to email us to coordinate details)
- As always our team has committed themselves to excellence, proving so by answering 95.85% of all 9-1-1 Calls within 10 seconds! The national standard is 90% of 9-1-1 calls within 30 seconds… putting us well above average, just as we strive to be in all areas of serving our community!
